What is your return policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email w3girlsbodycare@gmail.com to start the return or exchange process.

  2. Please include your order ID and list the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

  • It takes 10 – 14 days to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit.

  • You pay any shipping fees.

  • Packages that are returned that are lost or damaged, you will not receive an exchange on your product, store credit, a different product, or a refund.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders have a 7-14 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays), processing unless a pre-order, or noted otherwise. All our orders are handmade by W3 Girls. We have a small team that does everything in house.

My package is missing?

Unfortunately, once your package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for what happens. If your package is lost or stolen, you must contact USPS to file a claim.

I received my package, but my items are damaged. What do I do?

Please email w3girlsbodycare@gmail.com immediately. As long as we have proof of damage, we will gladly send a replacement product, free of charge.

It says that my package was returned, what do I do next?

If your package gets return to W3 Girls, there are 2 solutions.

1. We can refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost).

2. We can reship your package for a fee.

If your package returns to us, we will contact you immediately.

I put the wrong address on my order, how do I fix it?

You have 24 hours to fix your address on your package. Email w3girlsbodycare@gmail.com with your order number as the subject line. And put the new address where you want your package shipped. If it is after 24 hours, you will have to pay the address change fee.

How should I contact W3 Girls?

You can email us with any concerns or questions at w3girlsbodycare@gmail.com. If your order is pertaining to an order, please email us with your order number in the subject line and your inquiry in the body of the email. We do not respond to DMs about orders. Please do not contact W3 Girls through DMs about your orders.

How long will be pre-order take?

All information about pre-order are listed under our pre-order policy. Pre-orders typically take 4-5 weeks to process.
